Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. - Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. - For hygiene reasons, opened or used cosmetics cannot be returned unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

Refunds

 If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-14 business days. - Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).

Non-Returnable Items

Any opened or used beauty products, except in cases of manufacturing defects. - Items purchased during clearance sales are final and cannot be returned.

International Orders - No Returns or

  1. All international sales are final.
  2. We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for orders shipped outside Malaysia.
  3. Please ensure your shipping address and order details are correct before confirming.
  4. International shipping fees are non-refundable.
