TRACKING & DELIVERY
Q : How long do you take to prepare my order?
We process and pack orders within 1–2 working days after payment is confirmed.
Q : How do I track my parcel?
Once your order has been shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number via email/SMS. Simply click the link or enter your code on the courier’s website to follow your parcel’s journey.
Q : How long does delivery usually take?
Delivery within Malaysia normally takes 2–5 working days, depending on your location.
Q : Why hasn’t my tracking number updated yet?
Sometimes it takes 24 hours for the courier’s system to update. If it still shows no movement after 1 day, don’t worry—it’s on the way!
Q : What if I miss my delivery?
The courier will normally attempt delivery again. You can also arrange a redelivery or self-pickup using the options provided in your tracking link.
Q : What if my parcel is delayed?
During festive seasons, public holidays, or peak times, deliveries may take a little longer. If your parcel hasn’t moved for more than 5 working days, please contact us and we’ll follow up with the courier.
Q : What if my parcel is lost or damaged?
Please reach out to us immediately with your order number (and photos if the parcel is damaged). We’ll investigate with the courier and assist you with the next steps.

Q : Do you ship internationally?
Currently, Fromiqa only ships within Malaysia. We’re working on expanding to international shipping soon. 💌
Q : How much is the shipping fee?
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and depend on your delivery address. We do our best to keep the rates affordable.
Q : Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We occasionally run free shipping promotions. Follow our Instagram and website for the latest offers.
Q : Which courier do you use?
We work with trusted Malaysian couriers such as J&T Express, PosLaju, and Ninja Van to ensure safe and fast delivery.
Q : Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we can update your address. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can help.
Q : Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
At the moment, we don’t provide COD. All orders must be paid online before shipping.
Q : Do you deliver to P.O. Boxes or offices?
Yes, we can deliver to both residential and office addresses in Malaysia. For P.O. Boxes, delivery depends on the courier’s policy.
Q : What happens if my parcel is returned to Fromiqa because of a wrong or incomplete address?
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we’ll contact you to arrange redelivery. Please note that a new shipping fee may apply.
